Questions Parents Ask About Kidtopia
Find the right location, understand the next steps, and plan your child’s care.
What ages and programs does Kidtopia offer?
Our Ontario and Chili centers offer infant care, toddler care, preschool, pre-K, and school-age care for ages 6 weeks–12 years. Marion Elementary offers school-age aftercare. Ask the local team to confirm classroom eligibility and openings.
What are your hours?
All three programs operate Monday–Friday. Ontario: 6:30 AM–5:30 PM. Chili: 6:30 AM–6:00 PM. Marion aftercare: 2:00 PM–5:30 PM. Marion does not offer before-school care. Contact your location about holidays and school-calendar coverage.
How much does childcare cost?
Tuition depends on your child’s age group and attendance schedule. Request a current quote from your location with your child’s age, preferred days, and start date. Our tuition page explains what to share and how to contact the right team.
Can I request a part-time schedule?
Tell the center which days and hours you need. The team will confirm whether that schedule is available for your child’s classroom and provide the corresponding tuition. A schedule request does not reserve a place.
How can I check openings and arrange a tour?
Use our tour and contact page to choose Ontario, Chili, or Marion. Share your child’s age, care schedule, and intended start date. Meet the team and confirm availability before completing enrollment.
How do parents receive updates?
Kidtopia uses Brightwheel for family communication and daily updates, with secure classroom video access available to families. Ask your center to explain access, communication, and the daily classroom routine during your tour.
How do I ask about childcare assistance?
Contact your chosen location with the county or agency handling your childcare assistance. Ask the team to confirm accepted arrangements, required paperwork, authorization dates, and any family payment before enrollment. Eligibility and payment details need to be confirmed for your situation.
Are meals and snacks included?
Ask your location which meals and snacks are provided for your child’s age group and attendance hours, and whether anything needs to come from home. Discuss allergies, dietary needs, and any related costs with the team before enrolling.
